Some stories can't wait.

The most important stories aren't being told, not because they aren't worth telling, but because the organisations living them can't afford to tell them. Grassroots NGOs run on tight resources and enormous passion. They change lives daily. But without the means to document their work, their impact stays invisible and their funding stalls. Frames of Change exists to close that gap, bringing a full production to organisations who could never otherwise afford one while empowering filmmakers globally to do the same.

How it works.

The NGO Film

A few times a year, we travel to work alongside a grassroots NGO doing extraordinary work in a forgotten corner of the world. We produce an impactful short film for them. Free of charge. No strings. Production value: $20–30K USD. A film built to move audiences, drive donations, and outlast the news cycle.

The Education

Every production is documented in full. A YouTube series takes aspiring filmmakers inside a real shoot — the decisions, the failures, the moments that end up in the film and the ones that don't. For those who want to go deeper: breakdowns, craft conversations, and masterclasses on Patreon. Made by people who were actually there.

The Funding

Each production is made possible through brand partnerships. Partners get their gear used in genuinely demanding conditions, documented honestly, in front of an audience that cares about craft. No scripted endorsements. No forced moments. Just real use, on real shoots, in places most crews never go.

Our Latest Film
